Citrix Workspace For Mac Catalina
Although it was all OK before (and in use by hundreds of other users, just not in Mac OS Catalina) I double-checked, in case perhaps Catalina was just more strict in something we could've missed. Currently we install Citrix Workspace 1907 using SCCM Task Sequence. If Mac device is connected to the internet, it will reach out to the Apple Services to verify and proceed with the installation. If still on this specific build, autoupdate will proceed to upgrade to the latest release with no issue. Workspace App for Mac 20.02 has been re-released and does not exhibit this issue.

Symptoms or Error
This release resolves issues with Auto Update and macOS Catalina. Customers using Citrix Workspace app for Mac 1910 and 1910.1 must upgrade to Citrix Workspace app for Mac 1910.2 manually to receive future updates through Auto Update. Customers using Citrix Workspace app for Mac 1906 or earlier can get Citrix Workspace app for Mac 1910.2. Citrix Workspace app is built on Citrix Receiver technology, and is fully backward compatible with all Citrix solutions. For more information, please visit the Workspace app FAQ page. Compatible with Mac OS Action required to continue auto-updates on Receiver. Denying automation permission after launching subscribed desktop might cause Citrix Workspace App 1910 for Mac to become unresponsive using the macOS Catalina operating system. Affected users will see the spinner to launch a desktop but it will never complete and launch the session.
Solution
If still on this specific build, autoupdate will proceed to upgrade to the latest release with no issue.
Workspace App for Mac 20.02 has been re-released and does not exhibit this issue. Please proceed to download the latest release.
